5. Subscription & Recurring Services

For monthly or recurring services:

  • Clients must notify cancellation before the next billing cycle.
  • No refund will be issued for the current active billing period once charged.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact SmartEdge Solutions before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
